(1) Grand Prize Vehicle (available only to eligible U.S. residents): one (1) 2024 Toyota Tacoma® TRD Off-Road (“Grand Prize Vehicle”) with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of up to US$47,000. Grand Prize Vehicle includes freight and preparation. Grand Prize Vehicle color and model to be determined by Sponsors.

Grand Prize Vehicle Winner (“Grand Prize Vehicle Winner”) must take delivery of the Grand Prize Vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by TMS. Neither Sponsors nor TMS shall be responsible for delays in delivery of the Grand Prize Vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsors and TMS, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Grand Prize Vehicle to the TMS-designated delivery dealer within one hundred and eight (180) days of completion of verification process. Grand Prize Vehicle Winner must personally retrieve the Grand Prize Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his/her right to claim the Grand Prize Vehicle. Grand Prize Vehicle Winner may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by TMS in order to claim the Grand Prize Vehicle.

(1) First Prize (available to both eligible U.S. and Canada residents): one (1) 2024 TRACKER® PRO TEAM™ 190 TX w/115 ELPT Pro XS® boat and trailer valued at approximately US$29,995. Actual value will depend on First Prize Winner’s location. Prize includes freight and preparation. Prize color and model to be determined by Sponsors. First Prize Winner (“First Prize Winner”) must take delivery of the First Prize at the Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s Boating Center nearest First Prize Winner’s residence within thirty (30) days of notice of availability.

(1) Second Prize (available to both eligible U.S. and Canada residents): one (1) 2024 TRACKER® OFF ROAD™ 450 ATV valued at approximately US$7,647. Second Prize Winner (“Second Prize Winner”) must take delivery of the Second Prize at the Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s nearest Second Prize Winner’s residence within thirty (30) days of notice of availability.
