- How to Enter: Visit the CVS Wear Your Heart website, download the bandage design template, create a design inspired by protecting your health that includes the CVS heart logo, write a short description of your design (150 words or less), upload your design and completed entry form to submit.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Designers under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian submit their entry on their behalf. Employees of CVS Pharmacy, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies are not eligible.
