- How to Enter: Enter by submitting a video (up to 2 minutes) showing how you find joy through movement, then uploading it to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, tagging Qunol, and following Qunol on that platform. A copy of the video must be sent to Social@Qunol.com upon request. Alternatively, entrants can write an essay (300-600 words) describing how they find joy through movement and email it to Social@Qunol.com with a specific subject line including their name and contact information. Limit one entry per person.
- Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age (19 in Alabama or Nebraska) or older. Those entering via Method 1 must be a Qunol Community member. Entrants must have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID.
