Prize: One (1) prospective Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (i) one (1) home located in Wilmington, North Carolina (the “HGTV Smart Home 2022®”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,046,535; (ii) an All-New 2021 Mercedes Benz® GLC 300® SUV (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $57,830), and (iii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer) courtesy of LendingTree, LLC (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Smart Home 2022® depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $1,204,365.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2022® (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home 2022®), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Vehicle Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Smart Home 2022® due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $757,830 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home 2022®.
