Grand Prize Award (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Tampa, FL to attend the Red Bull Flugtag event during the Sponsor designated travel dates in November 2024, based upon availability (scheduled travel dates: 11/6/2024 – 11/11/2024, subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion). The grand prize has an approximate retail value of $3,250, and includes:
Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing Tampa, FL (i.e. TPA). Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;
Five (5)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Sarasota Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, FL; or other Homewood Suites location as solely designated by Sponsor (based upon availability); Check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor;
Two (2) tickets to the Red Bull Flugtag event scheduled to occur on Saturday, 11/9/2024 in Tampa, FL.
One Homewood Suites merchandise prize kit including one (1) Grilling kit, one (1) Grilling apron and one (1) digital thermometer;
One Red Bull merchandise prize kit including one (1) Red Bull backpack, one (1) Red Bull suitcase and one (1) Red Bull carry-on bag.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any or all merchandise item(s) in the grand prize award, with alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability. Grand prize winner and guest will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. All ground transportation, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, travel or departure taxes, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
Travel dates are based upon availability, and at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and must be completed by November 15, 2024 or prize shall be forfeited.
