- How to Enter: Visit the Culver’s Curdtoberfest website and complete the online registration form with your first and last name, email address, and home address. You receive one entry into the instant win game and one entry into the applicable weekly and grand prize sweepstakes drawings. You can earn additional entries by playing the optional Culver’s Custard Catch Game, answering trivia questions, entering a secret word found in-restaurant, mailing in an entry, or posting on Instagram with the hashtag #CulversCurdSweepstakes. Limit one instant win game play per day; maximum five Instagram entries per day.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Culver Franchising System, LLC, Merkle Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible. Multiple entries using the same email address will be rejected. Winners of prizes valued at $2,000 or more must be able to submit a valid IRS Form W-9.
