Prize: There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded at random, which will include the
following:
• A trip to OK!’s Body & Soul Event taking place in June 2019 in Santa Monica, CA
• Winner and 1 guest will receive a day of fitness classes at the OK! Body & Soul Event in
Santa Monica, CA as a guest of OK! Magazine and Metabolife
o Guests to receive complimentary fitness classes for the day
• Winner and 1 guest would receive one (1) night lodging in Santa Monica, CA
• Winner to receive round trip transportation from their home to the event in Santa Monica,
CA
• Winner to receive a one year supply of Metabolife Ultra (APV $599.76)
• Any expenses not specified herein as being covered by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of
the winner (including without limitation ground transportation, gratuities, additional
meals/snacks, and incidental hotel fees such as long-distance calls, room service, laundry or
damages). Winner may be required to provide his/her driver’s license (or state ID) and a
credit card at time of check in at the Resort to cover any expenses that are not provided by
Sponsor, if any. Winner must have any documentation required by airline to book air travel,
and may not be on the No Fly List maintained by the U.S. government or TSC. If winner’s
behavior results in expulsion by the airline, Body & Soul Event or hotel, winner shall be
responsible for any and all costs associated therewith and any unused portion of the prize
resulting from such expulsion will be forfeited. Winner must be available to travel on dates
specified by Sponsor for attendance at the Body & Soul Event, or prize will be forfeited.
