Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize consists of one (1) Show giftbag which may
contain one (1) signed script or one (1) S.W.A.T. t-shirt, or one (1) S.W.A.T. baseball cap. Contents may
vary; actual items awarded in each gift bag are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is $50.
Grand Prize: One (1) “Grand Prize” for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be awarded. The Grand
Prize consists of the following: (1) a trip (“Trip”) for two (2) persons, for the Grand Prize Winner and
one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Tokyo, Japan for six (6) nights; (2) round-trip coach-class air transportation
(“Air Transportation”) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to Tokyo, Japan from a major gateway
airport (“U.S. Airport”) near the Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence in the Eligible U.S.; (3)
standard hotel accommodations (a single room with double occupancy (hotel room fees and taxes only)
for six (6) nights in Tokyo; (4) ground transportation (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
to/from the airport/hotel in Tokyo; (5) One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000) “Spending Cash” (awarded
only to Grand Prize Winner, and in the form of a check made out in the Grand Prize Winner’s name); and
(6) subject to the the timing of the Grand Prize Winner’s Trip, the Show’s production schedule and
production exigencies, a “Set Visit” for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the production of the Show
“S.W.A.T.” in or around Tokyo, with details to be determined by the Show at its sole discretion. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,800.
