- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older), and who have Internet access, an active e-mail address and a D23 account. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, or Sweepstakes Entities, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Entrants and prize guests may not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude.
