- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico are excluded from participation. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Hotel Rumbao, Bacardi U.S.A., Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
