- How to Enter: Enter by using your Horizon Bank Mastercard Debit Card for eligible purchases to automatically earn entries. Alternatively, enter by mail by hand printing your full name, email address, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Ready, Set, Swipe Sweepstakes” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing it in a stamped #10 envelope to: Ready, Set, Swipe Sweepstakes, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 532, Bethel, CT 06801. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. A maximum of fifty (50) entries per Monthly Entry Period and one hundred fifty (150) entries for the Grand Prize Drawing are allowed.
- Eligibility: Open only to individuals who are physically located in, and legal permanent residents of the States of Michigan or Indiana; and have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) years of age). Void outside of Michigan or Indiana and where prohibited by law.
