- How to Enter: Enter by making an in-store or online purchase at a participating Hy-Vee store in Nebraska using a free Hy-Vee Perks Program Loyalty Card. You can also enter without a purchase by hand-printing your name, address, phone, email, and preferred Hy-Vee store on a 3×5 card and mailing it to the provided address.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (age nineteen (19) in Nebraska). Entrants must also have a preferred Hy-Vee Food Store, as determined by Sponsor, that is one of the participating Nebraska locations listed in the official rules. Employees of Hy-Vee, Inc. and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to win.
