- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi) or older. Also open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
