Limit one entry per person per day (calendar day from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time).
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
