• Prize: $7,500 USD per winner (or $10,545 CAD for Canadian winners)
• Deadline: October 09, 2026
• How to Enter: Complete the online registration form at the MyFitnessPal First Four website with your first name, last name, valid email address (matching your MyFitnessPal account email), and MyFitnessPal username. Verify your email address and confirm you are 18 or older. Log a minimum of four meals in your MyFitnessPal account within any one consecutive seven-day period during the registration period using the MyFitnessPal app or website. Alternatively, mail a completed 3 by 5 inch card with your name, address, email, age, and a handwritten list of four meals consumed (with date and time) to the provided mailing address.
• Eligibility: Must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec). Must be age 18 or older. Must have a valid government-issued photo ID. Must have a current free or paid MyFitnessPal membership account using the same email address used to register. Must log a minimum of four meals within any one consecutive seven-day period during the registration period via the MyFitnessPal app or website. Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, franchisees, subsidiaries, contractors, distributors, or promotional agencies of MyFitnessPal Inc., Million Dollar Media, or associated companies, or their immediate family members or household members.
