- How to Enter: Complete the online application form. You may enter once per entry period.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 US states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are currently enrolled at a chiropractic college/university or graduated no more than 6 months before the time of entry. This promotion is not open to the general public.
