- How to Enter: Register and submit your original Oreo cookie recipe using the online form at the Oreo Share Your Recipe website, or enter by mail without submitting a recipe by sending your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to the address in the official rules.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. To receive the Grand Prize, entrant must be able to submit a valid IRS Form W-9. Employees, officers, and directors of Mondelēz Global LLC, Merkle Inc., HMT Associates Inc., Goodness Inc., Weber Shandwick, VaynerMedia LLC, South West, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, biological, adoptive and step parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.
