- How to Enter: Enter by making a qualifying purchase at a Petco location using your Petco Perks account, or by mailing in a hand-printed 3×5 inch paper with your personal details and Petco Perks number. Each qualifying purchase or separate mail-in entry will grant one entry into the sweepstakes.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and a Petco Perks member as of date of entry.
