Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 3, 2026.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and a Petco Perks member as of the date of entry.
