• Prize: $60,000
• Deadline: September 30, 2026
• How to Enter: There are two ways to enter, with a total limit of fifty (50) entries per person. Existing PSFCU members earn one entry for each year of continued membership, and new members who open an account during the sweepstakes period receive one entry. Alternatively, you can enter by mail without membership: handprint your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ index card and mail it in a #10 business size envelope to “Q2 Polish & Slavic FCU 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes”, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513. Each mail-in envelope counts as two entries, with a maximum of twenty-five (25) envelopes (50 entries) per person.
• Eligibility: Open to natural persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. PSFCU membership is not required. Employees, board members, supervisory committee members, and their immediate family members of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not eligible.
