- How to Enter: Three ways to enter: (1) Existing SoFi mortgage borrowers receive an email with entry instructions; (2) New SoFi mortgage borrowers receive an email with entry instructions when their loan funds; (3) Non-SoFi borrowers can register for SoFi Coach Insights, connect their property to the Property Tracking Feature, and link their property on the SoFi website before February 14, 2027. Maximum one entry per person.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have an existing mortgage loan with SoFi or another US financial institution. Employees, officers, directors of SoFi and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
