- How to Enter: Two methods: (1) Eligible employees who work 32 hours or more during a weekly entry period automatically receive one entry based on payroll records. (2) Mail in your full name, complete address, email address, and phone number on a sheet of paper to the specified address. Each entry must be mailed separately with proper postage and postmarked during the weekly entry period. Limit: one entry per person per weekly entry period.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and all other US territories and possessions. Entry by hours worked requires being a temporary employee of Staffmark assigned to a customer. Not eligible: officers, directors, internal employees of Staffmark, in-house temporary employees, Technical/Professional employees, Sweepstakes Administrator employees, subsidiary/affiliate employees, advertising/promotion agency employees, immediate family of any such persons, or persons living in the same household. Any temporary employee terminated for cause is ineligible.
