- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the specific US states listed in the `eligible_states` field who are 21 years of age or older. Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor, Our Man In Havana LLC, Beverage Promotions LLC, and their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, alcohol beverage licensees, and promotion agencies are not eligible. There is a limit of 25 winners from Rhode Island. The entry period in Louisiana is valid only for the first 90 days of the promotion.
