You may also enter by mail by sending a 3×5 card with your full name, email address, and phone number to Midwestern Pet Foods.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Midwestern Pet Foods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible.
