One (1) Prize winner will receive two (2) 2023 Lawn Passes (each a “Pass”). Each Pass entitles access for one (1) person to attend certain 2023 Live Nation® produced and promoted concerts at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN (“Venue”). The Pass is valid for one (1) general lawn admission ticket and Fast Lane® entry at the Venue during the 2023 Live Nation summer concert season. Entry to a particular concert is not guaranteed. Entry and Fast Lane access are subject to availability, Venue capacity, artist and age restrictions. The Pass expires October 31, 2023 or at the end of the 2023 Venue concert season, whichever occurs first. The Pass is not valid for Venue-only events, special events, rentals or festivals. One Pass will be registered under the Winner’s full name and Winner must register the second Pass under one (1) recipient’s full name at the time of prize acceptance. Pass holder must be at least 18 years old to receive/use a Pass. No name changes will be permitted. The Pass will display the Pass holder’s name and photo. It will also display a unique barcode, which will act as your ticket. A Pass may be used only once per concert. Anyone attempting to gain access to the concert using a Pass that has already been scanned will be denied entry to the concert. The Pass does not include any other item or expense not specifically described, and all additional expenses including, without limitation, travel expenses, food and beverage and parking fees
