(1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) 5-day/4-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Charlotte, NC departing on August 28, 2019 and returning on September 1, 2019 to attend a major motorsports race including round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence and Charlotte, NC, four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in Huntersville, NC, a “Meet & Greet” session for Grand Prize Winner and guest with Dale Earnhardt, Jr., a “Ride Along” with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. for the Grand Prize Winner, tour of JR Motorsports on August 30, 2019 including lunch hosted by Kelley Earnhardt Miller for Grand Prize Winner and guest, two (2) VIP reserved seating tickets to one (1) major motorsports race designated by Sponsor on August 31, 2019, round-trip ground transfers between the hotel and the designated major motorsports race for Grand Prize Winner and guest, two (2) tickets to a major motorsports exhibit to be designated by Sponsor (subject to all venue rules and regulations) for Grand Prize Winner and guest, and race apparel/swag designated by Sponsor. The ARV of the Grand Prize is not to exceed $10,000;
(1) FIRST PRIZE: First Prize consists of one (1) 4-day/3-night trip for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest on dates designated by Sponsor in November 2019 to attend a local major motorsports race to be designated by Sponsor including round trip coach air transportation for the First Prize Winner and guest between the major commercial airport nearest First Prize Winner’s permanent residence and designated city, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in designated city, two (2) weekend reserved seating tickets to one (1) local major motorsports race (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), and race apparel designated by Sponsor.
