i. For the SPIN ID Sweepstakes, if the Show includes contestants who are playing on teams, only a single cash prize will be awarded in the applicable SPIN ID Sweepstakes for that particular Show. At no time will more than one (1) cash prize be awarded in a SPIN ID Sweepstakes for a given Show. Only one (1) winner per SPIN ID Sweepstakes per Show will be selected as described below. Cash prizes will be potentially awarded every Show, however, the fulfillment of said prize is subject to eligibility verification as further described in section 7. There is the possibility that up to twelve (12) cash prizes will be awarded for the SPIN ID Sweepstakes (one (1) for each Show Period). Each cash prize will be $40,000 USD awarded in the form of a check made out in the name of the winner. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all SPIN ID Sweepstakes prizes is up to $480,000 USD. Odds of winning a SPIN ID prize depend on the number of eligible registrations received at the time of the Registration Deadline for that particular SPIN ID Sweepstakes drawing and a 1 in 24 chance the XL Wedge is landed on by a Show contestant who then picks up the wedge (i.e. is able to correctly guess a letter in the current puzzle) and thereafter correctly solves the current puzzle during an applicable Show.

ii. For the Daily Sweepstakes, twelve (12) daily prizes (one (1) daily prize for each Daily Sweepstakes) will be awarded. Each verified Daily Sweepstakes prize consists of a trip for each Daily Sweepstakes prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to a different location as detailed on each respective episode of the Show. Each Daily Sweepstakes prize also includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major gateway airport near each Daily Sweepstakes prize winner’s residence in the fifty (50) states of the U.S. or D.C. or Canada to their respective trip destination (Daily Sweepstakes prize winner is responsible for transportation to/from the major gateway airport and air transportation may include one (1) or more stops), standard hotel accommodations, and $5,000 USD spending cash (awarded in the form of a check made out in Daily Sweepstakes prize winner’s name). ARV for each Daily Sweepstakes prize is between $9,500 – $16,000 USD.
