First Prize. On or around each Drawing Date, two (2) First Prize winners (each a “First Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the close of each Entry Period. There will be a total of eighteen (18) First Prize Winners. Each First Prize Winner will win the following prize package (the “First Prize”): one (1) Hacker-Pschorr branded rolling cooler bag (ARV: $42.00) and one (1) Hacker-Pschorr branded flag (ARV: $36.00). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize Pack is $78.00. The ARV of all First Prizes is $1,404.00.
Grand Prize. On or around 06/26/24 (or sooner if all First Prize Winners have been confirmed), one (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible First Prize Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”)*: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest (“Guest”) from the contiguous airport in the continental United States closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Mackinac Island, Michigan and (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel stay on Mackinac Island at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Accommodations will include one (1) standard room (single room, double occupancy). Prize also includes roundtrip taxi from/to the arriving airport and ferry, roundtrip passage from/to the ferry and Mackinac Island, and roundtrip transportation from/to the ferry and hotel on Mackinac Island. *If the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is less than 200 miles from Mackinac Island, Michigan (as determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package as the Grand Prize in lieu of airfare and standard hotel room accommodations: (i) executive car service with driver from the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Mackinac Island, Michigan and (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel stay on Mackinac Island, Michigan at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Accommodations will include one (1) lake view room with balcony (single room, double occupancy). Prize also includes roundtrip passage from/to the ferry and Mackinac Island, and roundtrip transportation from/to the ferry and hotel on Mackinac Island. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $4,200.00 but will vary depending on the location of the Grand Prize Winner’s residence.
