- Eligibility: Legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Shoe Station Group, Inc. (Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station), their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
