One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a private virtual baking lesson with a Sponsor-specified chef, and a check for fifty dollars ($50) ARV of Grand Prize: $90.00.
Fifty (50) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a group virtual baking lesson with a Sponsor-specified chef, and a check for fifty dollars ($50). ARV of First Prizes: $80.00 each.
Virtual baking lessons will occur on the dates and times established by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No alternate dates or times will be available. If Grand Prize Winner, or a First Prize Winner, cannot attend a virtual baking lesson for any reason, he/she will forfeit the virtual baking lesson portion of his/her prize, and no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. All prizes and prize components shall be selected and determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
