- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old. Entrants must be independent owners or authorized agents of an eligible for-profit small business that has been in continuous operation for at least one year as of January 1, 2026. The business must be US-based, registered, currently active with all required licenses, in good standing, and have a minimum of ten (10) and a maximum of one hundred (100) employees on its payroll. Excluded are franchised/direct seller businesses, non-profits, businesses in competition with DHL or Chip Ganassi Racing, or those involved in illegal/morally indecent products/services, or under bankruptcy protection.
