- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 46 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Tennessee). Entrants must be 18 years or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Employees of Eli’s Cheesecake, Jewel-Osco, their affiliates, and immediate family members and household members are not eligible. One entry per person during the sweepstakes period.
