Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 3, 2026, and received by October 7, 2026.
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
