- How to Enter: Fill out the free online entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and state of residence. No postcard submission is necessary to enter or win.
- Eligibility: Open to individual U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Vote Rev Action Fund and affiliated organizations are not eligible. Immediate family members and household members of ineligible persons are also not eligible.
