Alternatively, send an email to sweepstakes@ulta.com with the subject line ‘Scan to Win Sweepstakes #3 2026 Entry’ and include your full legal name and preferred email address. Limit one entry per person.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Ulta Inc., its parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, and related agencies, and members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible.
