(1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam concert at Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,600.00). The Trip includes:
One (1) airline credit for up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) to be used for the Attendees towards round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
