Boat/Trailer Option: Winner is solely responsible for any license, title and registration fees,
insurance, and taxes and fees, including, but not limited to, sales tax, associated with prize.
Winner must take delivery of boat and trailer at a specific time and location at a dealership
designated by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any State-required documentation
needed to take ownership of any boat and/or trailer, including proof of license and
insurance at time of delivery. If winner fails to comply with the delivery conditions, prize
will be forfeited. Additional boat and/or trailer features or upgrades will be allowed only if

approximately 4-5 weeks after winner confirmation is complete.
